using the Service (as defined in the Bertram Communications, LLC Service Terms and Conditions Agreement (the \u201cBertram Service Agreement\u201d)) or accessing Bertram\u2019s website in any manner, Customer acknowledges that Customer accepts the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and Customer hereby consents that Bertram will collect, use, store and share Customer\u2019s Personal Information in the following ways.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0If Customer disagrees with the way Bertram collects, uses, discloses and\/or disposes of Personal Information, Customer should not use the Service or visit Bertram\u2019s website.<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/bertramwireless.com\/terms-of-service\"><b>Terms of Service.<\/b><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remember that Customer\u2019s\u00a0use of the Service is at all times subject to the Bertram Service Agreement, which incorporates this Privacy Policy by reference.\u00a0 Customer\u2019s use of Bertram\u2019s website is at all times subject to Bertram\u2019s Website Terms of Use.\u00a0 Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as defined in the Bertram Service Agreement and Website Terms of Use.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram Services are designed and targeted to U.S. audiences and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S.\u00a0 If Customer is not a U.S. citizen or does not reside in the U.S., Customer voluntarily consents to the collection, transfer, use, disclosure and retention of Customer Personal Information in the U.S. Customer also agrees to waive any claims that may arise under Customer\u2019s own national laws.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>When Customer uses the Service, the Personal Information (as defined below) Customer sends and receives is transmitted over a wireless network, and may be subject to interception by unauthorized third parties who seek to do you harm.\u00a0 While it is Bertram\u2019s objective to take reasonable measures to reduce the risk that unauthorized third parties will be able to intercept the information Customer sends and receives through the Service, Bertram cannot and does not make any guarantee that transmissions over the Internet are 100% secure or error-free.<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Bertram recommends that you use caution when sending any Personal Information over the Internet and that you use encryption technology whenever possible, such as websites that have the \u201chttps\u201d designation in the website\u2019s address bar and show a padlock icon in the browser\u2019s window.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram does not knowingly collect, solicit or use Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13.\u00a0 If Customer is under age 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to Bertram.\u00a0 If Bertram learns that Bertram has collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, Bertram will delete that information as quickly as possible to the extent technically feasible.\u00a0 If Customer Customers and Customers\u2019 use of the Service via the Bertram website, Help Desk and call centers, postal mail, remote kiosks, the Bertram Facebook Page or other social network platforms or by other means, generally classified as Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generally, Bertram gathers and uses Personal Information internally in connection with providing the Service to Customer, including to personalize, evaluate and improve the Service and Bertram\u2019s ability to provide the Service to Customer, to contact Customer, to respond to and fulfill Customer requests regarding the Service, and to analyze how Customer uses the Service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram may share Your Personal Information with its Affiliates and with other third parties as described below:<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>What Information does Bertram collect and how does Bertram use this Information?<\/b><\/p><p><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><b><i>Personal Information<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal Information is the information Customer provides to Bertram voluntarily or passively through Customer\u2019s use of the Service, Bertram\u2019s website and\/or social media pages, and which is directly associated with or reasonably linked to a specific person, computer or device, such as Customer\u2019s name, mailing address, landline or mobile telephone number, primary and alternate email addresses, billing and payment information, such as your credit card and billing address, birth date, education, occupation, income, marital status, ethnicity, gender and other household and demographic information.\u00a0 For example, through the registration process, when the equipment to provide the Service is installed, maintained or upgraded at Customer\u2019s premises, when Customer contacts Bertram regarding the Service, and through Customer account settings, Bertram collects and stores Personal Information such as Customer name, email address, phone number, billing address and billing information (such as credit card account number or other financial account information), service address, and the nature of any of Customer devices or other property making use of the Service.\u00a0 Customer may be required to provide certain Personal Information to Bertram in order to register with Bertram, to assist Bertram in improving Customer\u2019s Service or troubleshooting problems Customer is experiencing with the Service, Customer computer or device, or otherwise to improve the quality of the Service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram will communicate with Customer if Customer has provided Bertram the means to do so.\u00a0 For example, if Customer has given Bertram Customer\u2019s email address or phone number, Bertram will email or call Customer about Customer use of the Service, to send you pre-recorded messages and\/or texts regarding service outages or other urgent notice, or about product improvements or upgrades, and other transactional information about Customer Service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram may also combine Customer Personal Information with additional Personal Information obtained from Bertram Facebook Pages or other social network platforms, its Affiliates, its Operational Service Providers (third party owned companies that provide or perform services on Bertram\u2019s behalf, to help serve Customer better and to perform functions in order to support Bertram businesses and operations), or other companies, such as credit bureaus, background check firms, and marketing research companies.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some forms of Non-Personal Information as described below will be classified as Personal Information if required by applicable law or when such information is directly associated with or reasonably linked to a specific person, computer or device, or is combined with other forms of Personal Information.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><b><i>Non-Personal Information<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website Information, Use of Cookies and other Similar Tracking Technology<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you visit Bertram\u2019s website, Bertram will collect various types of Non-Personal Information, such as information on Bertram server logs from Customer\u2019s browser or device, which may include Customer IP address, unique device identifier, \u201ccookie\u201d information, the type of browser and\/or device you\u2019re using to access the Service, and the page or feature Customer requested.\u00a0 (IP Address and device identifiers are traditionally classified as Non-Personal Information, unless Bertram is required to do so otherwise under applicable law.)\u00a0 \u201cCookies\u201d and \u201cweb beacons\u201d are text file identifiers Bertram transfers to Customer\u2019s browser or device that allow Bertram to recognize Customer\u2019s browser or device and tell Bertram how and when pages and features on the Bertram website are visited, by how many people, and other activity on the website.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer can change the preferences on Customer\u2019s browser or device to prevent or limit Customer\u2019s device\u2019s acceptance of cookies, web beacons or other similar technology, but this may prevent Customer from taking advantage of some of the features on the Bertram website, or accessing certain functions and conveniences.\u00a0 If Customer clicks on a link to a third party website or service, such third party may also transmit cookies to Customer.\u00a0 Again, this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies or other such tracking technology by any third parties, and Bertram is not responsible for their privacy policies and practices.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram also uses Personal Information and Non-Personal Information to enhance the Bertram website and Bertram Service offerings.\u00a0 For example, such information can tell Bertram how often visitors use a particular feature of the Bertram website and which products and services are most interesting to current and potential customers, and Bertram can use that knowledge to make the website useful and interesting to as many users as possible and to enhance and refine Bertram\u2019s Service offerings.\u00a0 Bertram will continue to conduct analytics on Bertram website performance; Customer may not opt-out of this use of cookies or other Personal Information or Non-Personal Information.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technology is improving every day and to improve Bertram\u2019s Services\u2019 operation and function Bertram may introduce new technologies and monitoring techniques without advance notice or consent from Customer.\u00a0 Bertram may also use third party providers to conduct such internal analyses.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><b><i>Network Information<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram also collects and stores Network Information, information about Customer access to, and use of, the Bertram network, which may or may not be directly associated with or reasonably linked to a specific person, computer or device.\u00a0 For example, Bertram may collect and store information about the performance of the Provider Equipment installed on Customer property or at Customer premises, when Customer is using the Service, the various devices Customer is using to access the Service, the amount of data Customer is transmitting and receiving, the content of the data Customer is transmitting and receiving, the websites Customer is visiting, and any other information that is transmitted over the Bertram network.\u00a0 Bertram may also aggregate Network Information from multiple subscribers and Bertram will share such aggregated Non-Personal information about the overall performance of the Bertram Service and network with our Affiliates and other third parties.\u00a0 Aggregated information does not identify a specific individual, computer or device.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How we use Network Information<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use Network Information to monitor and enhance the performance of the Bertram network.\u00a0 Bertram will not monitor the content of the websites viewed or email communications as part of Bertram\u2019s standard network management.\u00a0 Generally, Bertram will only monitor and preserve the following Network Information:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When Customer is using the Service;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How Customer is using the Service, such as monitoring traffic patterns regarding websites visited, amount of data being sent or received, or other activity;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amount of data Customer is transmitting and receiving through the Service; and<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General information regarding the performance of the Provider Equipment installed on Customer\u2019s property or at Customer\u2019s premises, and its interaction with the rest of Bertram\u2019s network.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, Bertram reserves the right to, and may, monitor, access, review and preserve any Network Information and\/or content in the following situations:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In response to an inquiry from Customer or an another Authorized User on Customer\u2019s account regarding Customer or their use of the Service or problems Customer or they are experiencing using the Service;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Bertram has reason to believe Customer is using the Service in violation of the Bertram Service Agreement or any applicable statutes, rules, ordinances or regulations;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Bertram has reason to believe Customer\u2019s use of the Service is negatively affecting other Customers; or<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When Bertram is required by law or legal process to do so, or when Bertram a good faith belief that Bertram is required by law or legal process to do so.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>How is Personal Information used for marketing and advertising purposes?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram will use Personal Information to send Customer marketing and advertising messages related to Bertram\u2019s Service and website using Customer\u2019s email address, postal address, or telephone number (for voice, texts, and pre-recorded calls).\u00a0 Bertram may deliver a marketing or advertising message based on Customer visits to Bertram website, which will be general advertising or \u201cContextual Advertising,\u201d which is advertising based on the subject matter or the content of the specific website page or subject matter. Bertram may also send Customer \u201cFirst Party Advertising,\u201d which is advertising that is customized or personalized based on a history of Customer\u2019s use of our Services (possibly combined with information from our Facebook fan page or other social network platforms). First Party Advertising is based solely on a combination of information Bertram collects from Customer \u2013 not from Customer\u2019s visits to other websites across the Internet.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Customer may opt-out of First Party Advertising but not Contextual Advertising.\u00a0 No Personal Information is used to deliver Contextual Advertising; it automatically will appear based on the content or webpage Customer is viewing.\u00a0 And Customer may continue to receive general advertising if Customer opts-out of First Party Advertising, it will not be customized or personalized for Customer.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram does not provide third party \u201cNetwork Advertising,\u201d which is advertising based on Customer\u2019s overall Internet usage across different third party websites or online services.\u00a0 Multiple third party websites and online services are involved in this tailored or personalized advertising process, in essence a \u201cnetwork\u201d of advertising providers.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Because Bertram does not provide network ads, Bertram does not recognize the \u201cDo Not Track\u201d settings on various Internet browsers.\u00a0 Bertram does not engage or allow third parties to track you across the Internet and across time for advertising purposes.<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Links to other websites or online services<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bertram website and\/or Facebook Pages (or other social networking platforms) may contain a variety of content and functionality and may provide links to other third party websites or online services.\u00a0 Despite such links, this Privacy Policy applies only to Bertram and our Affiliates.\u00a0 The presence of a link does not constitute or imply Bertram\u2019s endorsement, recommendation, or sponsorship of the content, goods, services, business or privacy practices on such websites or online services.\u00a0 Bertram encourages Customers to be aware and informed when Customers leave Bertram\u2019s website and Bertram\u2019s Facebook Pages, or any other social networking platforms.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Will Bertram share Customer Personal Information?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer\u2019s Personal Information will only be disclosed to third parties (including Bertram\u2019s Affiliates) as listed in this Privacy Policy, if Bertram has received your consent at the time Bertram will collect and store your Personal Information or prior to the disclosure of any Personal Information.\u00a0 Bertram reserves the right to fully use, disclose and process any Non-Personal Information collected from Customer in any manner as well as any information Customer makes public via Bertram Services or website.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram will not rent, sell or disclose Personal Information to anyone not related to Bertram for marketing or promotional purposes, unless in connection with a potential or actual sale, merger or a corporate restructuring by or of Bertram.\u00a0 (See \u201cFor Business Transfers\u201d below for more information.)\u00a0\u00a0 Bertram will share Customer Personal Information with its Affiliates and with other third parties as described in this section for the following reasons:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>To Our Affiliates.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram relies on various Affiliates in order to provide the Service to Customers.\u00a0 These are companies that are related to Bertram by common ownership or control. Bertram may share Personal Information and Non-Personal Information with any of its Affiliates for business, operational, promotional and\/or marketing and advertising purposes.<\/span><\/li><li><b>To Operational Service Providers:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bertram and its Affiliates contract with other companies and people to perform tasks or services on Bertram\u2019s behalf and need to share Customer Personal Information to provide products or services to Customers.\u00a0 For example, Bertram may use a payment processing company to receive and process Customer\u2019s ACH or credit card transactions for Bertram, or Bertram may contract with third parties to assist Bertram in optimizing Bertram\u2019s network. Unless Bertram tells Customer differently, Bertram does not grant its Operational Service Providers any right to use the Personal Information Bertram shares with them beyond what is necessary to assist Bertram.<\/span><\/li><li><b>For Business Transfers\/Restructuring:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bertram may choose to buy or sell assets, or Bertram may sell assets or be sold.\u00a0 In these types of transactions, customer Personal Information is typically one of the business assets that would be disclosed and transferred. Also, if Bertram (or Bertram\u2019s assets) are acquired, or Bertram goes out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, including restructuring, re-organization or financing arrangements, Personal Information could be one of the assets disclosed, transferred to or acquired by a third party.<\/span><\/li><li><b>For Protection of Bertram, and Our Affiliates, Employees, Operational Service Providers, Users and Subscribers and Public Safety:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bertram reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Personal Information Bertram has access to if Bertram believes doing so will implement and\/or enforce the Service Agreement, Website Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy or any legal document; protect our Network(s), website(s), and company assets; protect the interests, rights, property, and\/or safety of Bertram or Our Affiliates, employees and officers\/directors, Operational Service Providers, Users and Subscribers, agents, third party licensors or suppliers, or the general public.<\/span><\/li><li><b>When Required by Law or in Response to Legal Process:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram reserves the right, without notice, to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Personal Information to which Bertram has access if Bertram is required by law or legal process to do so, or if Bertram has a good faith belief that Bertram is required by law or legal process to do so, which includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: (i) to law enforcement or government agencies in response to subpoenas, court orders or other regulatory legal process, or (ii) to investigate, prevent or take enforcement action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud and situations involving potential threats or harm to any person, Bertram\u2019s website, network or any other company asset, or in cases where Bertram believes the Service Agreement has been\/are being violated.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Is Customer Personal Information secure?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram endeavors to protect the privacy of Customer\u2019s account and other Personal Information Bertram holds in its records using reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures.\u00a0 Bertram uses secure socket layer (\u201cSSL\u201d) technology to protect your Personal Information. SSL encrypts your Personal Information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than Bertram. However, Bertram cannot and do not guarantee complete security.\u00a0 Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of Personal Information at any time and all information transmitted by Customer to Bertram is transmitted at Customer\u2019s own risk.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer\u2019s account is protected by a password for Customer privacy and security.\u00a0 It is Customer\u2019s responsibility to prevent unauthorized access to Customer\u2019s account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting Customer password and\/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to Customer computer, tablet or device and browser by signing off after Customer has finished accessing Customer\u2019s account. Customer is required to notify us immediately if Customer\u2019s password or account has been disclosed to a person whose name does not appear on Customer\u2019s account, even if you have allowed such disclosure.\u00a0 Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that Customer is solely responsible for any use of Bertram Services via Customer\u2019s username and password.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, if Customer contacts Bertram, Bertram will ask Customer for verification of Customer\u2019s identification and account.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b>Bertram will not send an email or text, nor should Customer respond to any email or text communications asking for any sensitive or confidential Personal Information, such as social security number, bank account or credit card account number, or a driver\u2019s license number.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0If Customer receives an email or text requesting any such information from Bertram or someone that claims they are with Bertram or Our Affiliates please contact our\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:privacy@journalsentinel.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Privacy Administrator<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0immediately:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:privacy-enforcement@bertramwireless.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">privacy-enforcement@Bertramwireless.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Bertram\u2019s IT Support Services as detailed in our Service Agreement, the code that allows Bertram to access Customer\u2019s computer desktop to help your resolve technical problems is limited only for that specific session.\u00a0 Bertram is not able to access Customer\u2019s Computer without Customer\u2019s knowledge, affirmative consent and involvement.\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>What Personal Information can Customers access, modify and\/or delete?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generally, Customer may access the following Personal Information in Customer\u2019s account:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full name<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Username and password<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email address<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telephone number; and<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Billing and Service address<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Account and billing information<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>How long does Bertram retain Customers\u2019 Personal Information?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bertram retains Customers\u2019 Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for business purposes. This period of time may be as long as Customer subscribes to any Services and, if necessary, for additional time so that Bertram can comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements. Customer may not delete such information.\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When Customer updates Personal Information, however, Bertram may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in Bertram\u2019s records for internal security reasons and recordkeeping.\u00a0 Some information may remain in Bertram\u2019s records after it is modified, amended or deleted by Customer or Bertram.\u00a0 Bertram may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating Customer\u2019s Personal Information after Customer updates or deletes it, but not in a manner that would identify Customer personally.\u00a0 Bertram may also maintain Personal Information regarding Customer and Customer\u2019s use of the Service after Customer is no longer a Bertram customer Affiliates only for marketing or advertising purposes, but not for business or operational purposes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer may opt out of email marketing and advertising from Bertram or its Affiliates using the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d mechanism in each email.\u00a0 Before Bertram sends Customer a text for any reason, or sends Customer a pre-recorded call that contains advertising or marketing information, Bertram will secure Customer\u2019s prior written express consent, which can be given via a voice recording, email, text message, postal mail, or telephone key press.\u00a0 Non-telemarketing pre-recorded calls do not require Customer\u2019s prior express consent in writing, unless they are sent to a wireless device.\u00a0 Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that such texts and pre-recorded telemarketing calls may be sent using an autodialer and are not conditioned on your purchase of the Service.\u00a0 Customer may opt out of receiving text messages any time by replying \u201cSTOP\u201d or \u201cUNSUBSCRIBE\u201d to the text message.\u00a0 Customer may opt out of receiving pre-recorded calls by the opt-out instructions in the call.\u00a0 However, Customer will continue to receive calls related to debt-collection and Customer\u2019s current Service.\u00a0 Customer may also opt-out of First Party Advertising, but not Contextual Advertising, as detailed in the \u201cUse of Personal Information for Marketing or Advertising Purposes\u201d section above.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer may not opt out of Bertram\u2019s use of cookies or other similar technology, or use of Customer\u2019s Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for Bertram\u2019s internal analytics used to monitor activity on Bertram\u2019s website, measure Bertram Service performance, or to operate and protect the Bertram network.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Will this Privacy Policy ever change?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, Bertram is constantly working to improve the Service, so Bertram will need to update
